Not every attorney has the track record of excellence that awards them recognition by Super Lawyers. In fact, the selection process is extensive, and lawyers must be nominated by their peers and receive positive third-party feedback to be considered and identified by the Super Lawyers Research Team. Candidates are then evaluated by independent research to determine any of their outstanding professional achievements and experience practicing law. Every year, only 2.5% of attorneys in any U.S. state are named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list and only 5% of attorneys are selected to Super Lawyers.
